At Least 1 Killed in Apple Valley Crash on Interstate 15 near Wild Wash Road On-Ramp
Apple Valley, California (October 12, 2021) – One person lost their life in an early morning Apple Valley crash that happened on Interstate 15 involving a semi-truck.
Emergency crews responded to southbound Interstate 15 just south of the Wild Wash Road on-ramp after receiving reports of the accident that happened at around 2:50 a.m. on Tuesday.
A semi-truck and a 4-door sedan were involved in the wreck under unclear circumstances.
Caltrans officials, who were among the responders, blocked the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes to allow an investigation.
One person died in the collision and prompted the coroner to respond to the scene.
No other details were available, but CHP is investigating.
