1 Seriously Injured in Arroyo Grande Accident on Highway 227 near Montecito Ridge Drive
Arroyo Grande, California (February 21, 2022) – Two cars collided, sending one person to a hospital with major injuries on Sunday afternoon in Arroyo Grande, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on Highway 227, just north of Montecito Ridge Drive just before 12:27 p.m. February 20.
A Tesla and a Toyota Yaris were involved in the incident.

One person sustained major injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Both directions of Highway 227 were closed for the investigation.
The cause of the collision remained under investigation.
