At Least 1 Hurt in East Los Angeles Accident at Whittier Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard
East Los Angeles, California (September 8, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash that injured at least one person on Wednesday night in East Los Angeles.
The accident happened at around 8:36 p.m. on September 7, at Whittier Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard.
Per the CHP officials, two vehicles collided for reasons yet to be determined.
Emergency crews and medical personnel rushed to the crash site to attend to at least one person injured in the accident. The total number of patients was not immediately known.
The vehicles were blocking the intersection following the accident.
The roadway was cleared as of 9:41 p.m.
The vehicles were towed away from the crash site.
Further details concerning this incident were not provided.
