1 Suffers Minor Injuries After Vallejo Car Accident on 80 Freeway near Highway 37
Vallejo, California (September 5, 2022) – At least one person sustained minor injuries following a car accident on Sunday morning in Vallejo, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened on eastbound 80 Freeway, just west of Highway 37, at around 11:22 a.m. on September 4.
Police confirmed two vehicles crashed for reasons yet to be determined.
Emergency crews and medics arrived at the scene to attend to at least one person injured in the accident. The total number of victims and their current condition were not immediately provided.
The vehicles were blocking the lanes following the accident. All lanes were re-opened as of 12:21 p.m.
The vehicles were towed away from the scene.
