Spokane County, WA – Authorities are investigating a deadly car accident that took place near Rockford in Spokane County on Saturday night, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The wreck took place on Highway 27 just before 10 p.m.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision, whose cause was not immediately released.
WSP said at least one person was killed in the accident.
The crash caused the closure of Highway 27 as authorities investigated the incident.
The WSP is handling the investigation.
