At Least 1 Severely Hurt After Woodland Truck Accident at Highway 113 and County Road 18C
Woodland, California (July 19, 2022) – At least one person sustained severe injuries following a semi-truck collision on Monday morning in Woodland, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The major crash happened at around 11:12 a.m. on July 18, on northbound Highway 113 at County Road 18C.
As per the dispatch, a big rig and a black Toyota Corolla collided for reasons yet to be determined.
Responding firefighters and medical personnel aided at least one person severely injured in the collision. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately provided.
The Toyota sustained significant damage following the crash. The Corolla was towed away from the crash site. A second tow truck was requested to remove the big rig from the scene.
The roadway was clear as of 1:32 p.m.
