The man driving the sedan and his wife were pulled out of their vehicle and were transported to Palomar Hospital with unspecified injuries
Fallbrook, CA.- Three people were hospitalized after a collision in Fallbrook last week on Saturday, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on State Route 76 near Old Highway 395 at about 8:16 p.m. May 10.
According to CHP, a gray Mini Cooper sedan and a white Sprinter van were involved in the accident.
The man driving the sedan and his wife were pulled out of their vehicle and were transported to Palomar Hospital with unspecified injuries.
A third occupant of the sedan was unconscious at the scene and was also transported to the hospital.
One party riding in the van is also believed to have been taken to Palomar.
Details on what led up to the collision were not immediately available.
The accident remains under investigation.
