Two vehicles collided Thursday evening in the southbound lanes near Highway 43

Selma, Calif. – Minor injuries were reported in a traffic collision that happened Thursday evening in Selma, the California Highway Patrol said.
CHP officers were notified about the accident around 6:13 p.m. on southbound Highway 99, just north of Highway 43.
A white Chevrolet Equinox and a white Ford pickup truck were involved in the accident. The collision also destroyed an attenuator.
Firefighters responded to the scene and helped at least one person who sustained minor injuries.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
