The responders found a black 2017 Buick Envision and another car fully engulfed in flames.
A person was lying on the ground, indicating that a pedestrian was possibly involved in the crash.
Authorities said one person died in the crash.
SR-67 was closed at Archie Moore Road and Highland Valley Road following the accident.
