Minor Injuries Sustained in San Mateo Car Crash on Highway 101 near Hillsdale Boulevard
San Mateo, California (July 7, 2022) – Minor injuries were sustained in a multi-car collision that took place Wednesday night in San Mateo, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred at about 10:28 p.m. on northbound Highway 101 just south of Hillsdale Boulevard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, three vehicles, including a BMW and a Kia, were involved in the collision. The vehicles were left blocking the Nos. 1, 2 and 3 lanes after the crash.
Minor Injuries Suffered in San Mateo Car Crash
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and helped an unknown number of parties who sustained minor injuries.
Information about the cause of the accident was not available.
All lanes were cleared by 11:11 p.m.
CHP is investigating the collision.
