1 Injured in Bakersfield Car Crash at Highway 223 and S Union Avenue
Bakersfield, California (August 26, 2021) – One person was seriously injured in a car accident that occurred at an intersection in Bakersfield on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at the intersection of Highway 223 and S Union Avenue at about 9:09 a.m.
A green sedan was traveling on the roadway when it drifted into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with an oncoming car.
One person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
