1 Injured in Keene Crash on Highway 58
Keene, California (May 19, 2022) – One person was injured in a collision involving two big rigs in Keene on Thursday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported shortly before 1:30 p.m. on Highway 58.
One of the big rigs was stalled on eastbound Highway 58 when it was struck by the second rig.

The impact caused the rigs to burst into flames, and it set off a fire in the brush off the roadway.
One person was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries following the incident.
The CHP is investigating the collision.
