Bakersfield Accident on Highway 43 near Interstate 5 Injures 3 People

Bakersfield, California (October 7, 2021) – Three people sustained minor injuries following a traffic collision that occurred in Bakersfield Monday afternoon, October 4.
At about 3:47 p.m., the California Highway Patrol received a report of a crash involving two automobiles on Highway 43, just south of Interstate 5.
A black Chevrolet Camaro and a black colored SUV crashed on the southbound side of the highway under unclear circumstances.
As per the CHP report, three unidentified people suffered minor to moderate injuries following the collision and were taken to Kern Medical for medication.
At the time of the report, only a few details about the crash had been revealed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
