2 Injured in Bakersfield Crash on Highway 99 at Houghton Road Off-Ramp
Bakersfield, California (December 29, 2021) – Two people were injured in a multi-vehicle wreck in Bakersfield early Tuesday morning, according to a local news source.
The crash happened at about 2:24 a.m. on December 28 on Highway 99 at the Houghton Road exit.
As per the report, several vehicles collided for unknown reasons in the northbound lanes of the highway. One of the vehicles, a dark-coloured sedan, flipped onto its side after the crash.

Two people were transported to the Kern Medical Center with minor injuries. The names of the patients and their conditions were not immediately disclosed.
The northbound lanes of Highway 99 at the Houghton Road off-ramp were shut down due to the incident.
