Phoenix, AZ – The Phoenix Police Department has identified a pedestrian killed in a crash last week Thursday night at an intersection in North Phoenix as Barbara Jean Greenwall, 77.
The incident happened at around 9 p.m. on June 19 at 7th Street and Thunderbird Road.
Reportedly, Greenwell was struck by a westbound car while she was crossing Thunderbird Road, midblock.
Greenwell was pronounced dead at the scene.
No further information about the crash was provided.
An investigation is underway.
