Beaumont, California (October 22, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury traffic collision that happened Thursday afternoon on a highway in Beaumont.
The incident occurred at around 5:51 p.m. on northbound Highway 79 at S California Avenue.
Police officers received reports about a car accident, and when they responded to the scene, they found a silver Dodge Caravan involved in a crash with a lifted truck.
The vehicles were partially blocking the roadway, and one of them possibly caught on fire.
All the occupants got out of the vehicles after the collision.
The report said minor injuries were suffered in the crash but did not mention the number of patients.
