Benjamin Reyes Jr Arrested after South Lake Tahoe Accident on Lake Tahoe and Sierra Boulevards
South Lake Tahoe, California (March 21, 2022) – Benjamin Garcia Reyes Jr., 23, of Freedom was arrested after a suspected DUI crash on Saturday night in South Lake Tahoe, according to authorities.
The incident took place on Lake Tahoe and Sierra boulevards at around 11:21 p.m. March 19.
Garcia was driving a pickup truck on Lake Tahoe Boulevard when he collided with a white SUV.

The driver of the SUV was taken to Barton Memorial Hospital and was said to be in stable condition.
Reyes was arrested and booked into the El Dorado County Jail in South Lake Tahoe on DUI charges.
