Antioch, CA.- A bicyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle at an intersection in Antioch early Saturday morning.
According to the Antioch Police Department, the crash happened at about 12:20 a.m. July 27, in the area of Lone Tree Way and Sagebrush Drive.
A woman riding a bicycle was hit by a vehicle driven by a 38-year-old Antioch man.
The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested on suspicion of DUI following the accident.
No further details were released.
The Antioch Police Department is investigating the crash.
