Cyclist Severely Hurt in Sacramento Bicycle Accident on Orange Grove Avenue
Sacramento, California (July 4, 2022) – A cyclist was severely injured after a significant bicycle collision on Thursday evening in Sacramento, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident happened a while after 9:40 a.m. Thursday, June 30, in the 4705 block of Orange Grove Avenue.
Per the report, a male bicyclist was hit by a gray minivan for reasons yet to be determined.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene and attended to the rider, who sustained severe injuries following the accident. He was transported to the hospital for treatment. The name of the cyclist was not immediately revealed.
