The motorcycle rider was ejected and sustained fatal injuries in the wreck near the intersection of Wineville Avenue and Harvest Villages Way
Jurupa Valley, Calif. – A motorcycle rider was killed in a crash near an intersection in Jurupa Valley Friday night, according to authorities.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department said the deadly wreck was reported at around 9:10 p.m. on January 19 near Wineville Avenue and Harvest Villages Way.
A motorcycle crashed with a vehicle near the intersection in unclear circumstances.
The rider was pronounced dead at the crash site.
It unknown how many people were in the vehicle and if they were injured.
The victim's name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Wineville Avenue was temporarily closed between Puerta Place and Boca Place due to the investigation.
More details regarding the collision was not provided.
