1 Person Killed, 1 Seriously Injured in Blythe Crash on 10 Freeway near Wiley's Well Road
Blythe, California (October 18, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Monday morning traffic accident that killed one person and left one other party seriously injured in Blythe.
The big rig accident occurred at about 2:02 a.m. on the eastbound 10 Freeway, east of Wiley's Well Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two big rigs collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
Following the collision, one of the big rigs reportedly flipped over and was blocking all the eastbound lanes.

Sadly, one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
One other party was seriously injured and was flown to a hospital for treatment.
Traffic on the freeway was stopped for an unknown period due to the mishap.
The crash remains under investigation.
