Henry was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the accident scene

Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. – Brenton Herbertlad Henry, 31, of San Bernardino, has been identified as the man who died after being struck by a car on December 23 in Rancho Cucamonga.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened on the northbound side of I-15 at the 4th Street exit at around 8:17 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The man was walking across the freeway when he was hit by a car.
Henry was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the police.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
