Firefighter Brian Kelly Injured in Indio Motorcycle Accident on Monroe Street near Requa Drive

Indio, California (May 21, 2022) – Brian Kelly, an Indio firefighter, sustained major injuries in a motorcycle collision in Indio on Sunday morning, according to a local news source.
The incident happened just before 10 a.m. on May 15, on Monroe Street near Requa Drive.
According to the report, Kelly was off duty at the time when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a vehicle.
Kelly was found lying on the ground following the collision.
He was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.
There was no update on the driver of the other vehicle.
A section of Monroe Street was closed for the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
