At Least 1 Sustains Major Injuries in Buena Park Crash on Interstate 5 at Artesia Boulevard Off-Ramp
Buena Park, California (January 22, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a Friday night multi-vehicle accident that happened in Buena Park, resulting in major injuries.
Authorities received a report about the accident at around 11:06 p.m. on northbound Interstate 5 at the Artesia Boulevard off-ramp.
Three vehicles collided for unknown reasons, one of them ending up in a nearby construction zone. About 5 barrels of sand were damaged.
Firefighters responded to the scene shortly after the crash.
At least one person suffered major injuries in the accident. The patient was hospitalized in unknown condition.
Police officers did not immediately determine the cause of the crash.
