At Least 1 Injured in Buttonwillow Crash on Highway 58 at Meadow Street
Buttonwillow, California (March 11, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a major injury accident that happened Thursday afternoon in Buttonwillow.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place at around 6:15 p.m. on westbound Highway 58 at Meadow Street.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision.
First responders found both vehicles on the right-hand shoulder.
Investigators could not immediately determine the cause of the crash.
At least one person suffered major injuries. Paramedics responded and transported the victim to the hospital.
CHP officers are collecting more information to establish what led to the accident.
