Joseph Delgado was driving a 2007 Cadillac Escalade SUV eastbound when he lost control of the vehicle and struck several parked vehicles.

Sun Valley, Calif. – 15-year-old Carlos Pech has been identified as the boy who died in a crash in Sun Valley on Saturday night.
The Los Angeles Police Department says the accident happened around 11 p.m. on Strathern Street at White Street.
Joseph Delgado, 22, of North Hills, was driving a 2007 Cadillac Escalade SUV eastbound when he lost control of the vehicle and struck several parked vehicles.
The debris from the crash hit Pech on the sidewalk.
Pech was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The other pedestrian suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Delgado fled the scene but was later arrested and booked on a charge of murder.
More details regarding the crash were not provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
