Rider Seriously Injured in Caruthers Motorcycle Crash at Caruthers Avenue and Marks Avenue
Caruthers, California (March 28, 2022) – A motorcyclist is nursing serious injuries after being involved in a crash with a pickup truck Sunday afternoon in Caruthers, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported at around 5:12 p.m. on W Caruthers Avenue at S Marks Avenue.
According to CHP, a blue Yamaha dirt bike collided with a pickup truck for unknown reasons. The vehicles were blocking the roadway after the crash.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported the seriously injured rider to Community Regional Medical Center.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
