Chad Baugh Killed in Jamestown Crash on Highway 108

Jamestown, California (January 15, 2022) – Chad Michael Baugh, 36, of Modesto was killed in a car accident on Saturday evening near Jamestown, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision occurred on Highway 108 at around 5:30 p.m. January 7.
CHP said Baugh was driving a Hyundai sedan on the highway when he tried to overtake a Subaru SUV.
Baugh drifted across the double yellow lines and collided with an oncoming Ford pickup driven by 55-year-old Ronnie Henley of Waterford.

CHP said Baugh died at the site of the collision.
Henley was transported to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto with major injuries.
The Subaru was hit by the debris from the collision but its driver was not injured.
The incident is under investigation.
