Sacramento County, CA. – A child was hurt in a traffic collision that happened Sunday morning at an intersection in North Highlands, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck was reported around 9:15 a.m. at Don Julio Boulevard and Watt Avenue.
A silver Chevrolet Silverado and a gray Nissan sedan were involved in the collision.
Authorities said the accident resulted in minor injuries. A child in one of the cars was bleeding. Paramedics responded to the scene and offered medical aid to the victims.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
