Child Critically Injured in Oxnard Crash at Channel Islands Boulevard and Manzanita Drive
Ventura County, California (September 30, 2021) – Two people including a child were injured in a collision in Oxnard on Wednesday evening, September 29.
The crash was reported at about 7 p.m. at Channel Islands Boulevard and Manzanita Drive.
The California Highway Patrol reported that two cars were involved in the crash but the circumstances surrounding the collision were yet to be established.
Two occupants from one of the cars, including a child, were injured in the crash and were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Child Hospitalized in Critical Condition after Ventura County Collision
The police said the child was in critical condition.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
