Chino Accident on Francis Avenue Near East End Avenue Injures 2 Pedestrians
Chino, California (September 23, 2021) – Two people were injured after being struck by a vehicle in Chino Monday morning, the California Highway Patrol said.
The major injury crash took place on Francis Avenue near East End Avenue at approximately 5:14 a.m. on September 20.
Two unidentified individuals were hit by a vehicle on the roadway under unclear circumstances.
Chino Pedestrian Accident
One of the involved parties sustained unspecified injuries following the accident. The second party survived with moderate injuries and was rushed to the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center for medication.
The driver remained at the crash site and cooperated with the law enforcers.
Officials closed down a section of Francis Avenue for an unknown time as they investigated and cleared the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
