Minor Injuries Sustained in Victorville Car Accident on 15 Freeway near Quarry Road
Victorville, California (July 7, 2022) – Authorities are investigating an early Thursday morning car crash that happened in Victorville, resulting in minor injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said the incident took place just after midnight on northbound 15 Freeway, just north of Quarry Road.
Two vehicles, including a white Hyundai Elantra, collided and overturned onto the right-hand shoulder, where one of them caught fire.
Authorities said both vehicles were speeding prior to the collision.
Three persons needed medical evaluation for minor injuries sustained in the accident. Paramedics responded to the scene and offered the parties medical aid. It was not clear if anyone was hospitalized.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the incident.
