At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Sunol Motorcycle Accident on Highway 84
Sunol, California (July 15, 2022) – A motorcycle crash on Highway 84 in Sunol left at least one person with serious injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened at about 4:51 p.m. on 7016 Highway 84, near Kilkare Road.
A Nissan Rogue and a fully-dressed brown Harley-Davidson collided for unknown reasons. A second motorcycle may have also been involved in the collision.
The motorcyclist was lying down in the roadway.
Emergency responders said the rider sustained serious injuries in the crash.
Some traffic lanes were blocked following the accident, allowing traffic to flow in one direction only.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
