At Least 1 Hurt in Atwater Car Accident on Highway 99 near Applegate Road
Atwater, California (August 8, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol said at least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck that happened Monday morning in Atwater.
The incident was reported at about 8:30 a.m. on northbound Highway 99, just north of Applegate Road.
A white Honda sedan, a semi-truck and a third vehicle were involved in the accident.
At least one person suffered minor-to-moderate injuries in the collision.
The cause of the crash will be established when authorities conclude their investigation.
