Chula Vista, CA: Major Injuries Sustained in 2-Vehicle Collision on State Route 54 at National City Boulevard

Chula , California (September 22, 2021) – At least one person sustained major injuries following a two-vehicle collision in  Tuesday morning, September 21.

The major injury crash was reported at about 7:00 a.m. on State Route 54 near Boulevard.

As per the California Highway Patrol report, a red Honda Accord crashed with a blue sedan on the highway's westbound lanes for undetermined reasons.

The crash left at least one unidentified person with major injuries. The patient was attended to by paramedics before being rushed to an area hospital for further medication.
