1 Hurt in Dulzura Crash on Otay Mountain Truck Trail
Dulzura, California (July 10, 2022) – One person was injured in a crash involving a Border Patrol agent near Dulzura on Saturday evening, according to authorities.
The incident happened on the Otay Mountain Truck Trail at around 6:45 p.m. on July 9
According to the report, a civilian in an off-road vehicle collided with a Border Patrol vehicle under unclear circumstances.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and found one civilian injured in the crash.
The patient was treated for minor injuries. It's unclear whether the patient was transported to a hospital.
There was no update on the condition of the Border Patrol agent, though authorities said the agent did not seem to be hurt.
