1 Hospitalized After Coarsegold Accident on Highway 41 near Kennedy Road
Coarsegold, California (October 24, 2021) – One person was hospitalized with serious injuries after being involved in a multi-vehicle collision on a highway in Coarsegold Saturday afternoon.
The major injury crash took place at approximately 2:12 p.m. on Highway 41 just north of Kennedy Road.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, a pickup truck and three other vehicles crashed on the southbound side of the roadway for undetermined reasons.
Due to the impact, the pickup truck overturned on its side.

The crash reportedly left one person with major injuries. The unidentified victim was treated by medical personnel before being rushed to a nearby hospital for further medication.
Officials closed down the southbound lanes of Highway 41 near Kennedy for an unknown time as they investigated and cleared the scene.
