Minor Injuries Sustained in Concord Car Crash on Highway 4 at Port Chicago Highway

Concord, California (January 21, 2022) – Minor injuries were sustained in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Thursday evening in Concord, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A black Dodge Challenger and two other vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
The incident occurred at around 7:48 p.m. on Highway 4 at Port Chicago Highway.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and assisted at least one person who sustained minor injuries.
One of the vehicles was occupied by a gray pit bull and a small black and white dog. It was not clear if the dogs were injured.
Investigators did not immediately establish the cause of the crash, but an investigation is ongoing.
