Minor Injuries Sustained in Concord Car Crash at Evora and Willow Pass Roads
Concord, California (April 19, 2022) – At least one person sustained minor injuries when two vehicles collided early Sunday morning at an intersection in Concord, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred at around 1:13 a.m. at Evora Road and Willow Pass Road.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene after receiving reports of a crash with one person possibly trapped.
Pittsburg Police Department officers were the first to arrive at the scene and found the victim awake and breathing.
A Nissan Sentra with major left side damage and a gray sedan with major front-end damage were blocking the roadway.
Firefighters and paramedics arrived shortly after and treated one person for minor injuries. It was not clear if the patient was hospitalized.
Authorities are investigating the collision.v
