A Ford F-250 pickup , a Nissan pickup truck, and a white work truck reportedly crashed at approximately 5:58 a.m. on the just west of McKinley Street in .

It was not immediately established how the three vehicles collided in the westbound middle lanes of the 91 freeway on October 19.
