, California (December 5, 2021) – The County Sheriff's Department has identified 28-year-old Shaddoe Duckett, of , as the motorist who died following a traffic collision at an intersection in Ontario on November 30.

The crash took place at Mission Boulevard and Haven Avenue at about 11:34 p.m.
