Shaddoe Duckett Killed in Ontario Car Accident at Mission Boulevard and Haven Avenue
Ontario, California (December 5, 2021) – The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department has identified 28-year-old Shaddoe Duckett, of Chino, as the motorist who died following a traffic collision at an intersection in Ontario on November 30.
The fatal crash took place at Mission Boulevard and Haven Avenue at about 11:34 p.m.
It was not immediately established how the collision occurred at the Ontario intersection.
