Highland, CA – A Victorville man, identified as 25-year-old Courtney N. Lewis, was struck and killed by a vehicle at an intersection in Highland late Sunday night.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said the crash occurred at about 11 p.m. on July 14, 2025, in the area of 5th Street and Church Avenue.
Deputies and emergency medical crews responded to the scene and found an unresponsive man lying in the westbound lanes of 5th Street.
The man, later identified as Courtney Lewis, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said Lewis was hit by two separate vehicles. Both drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
No additional information was provided.
The crash is under investigation.
