According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Coroner, Cristofer Aguilera was hit along Union Pacific railroad tracks near Sheep Creek Road and Nyack Road in Phelan on March 8.

Phelan, Calif. – A 23-year-old Hispanic man was struck and killed in a pedestrian accident near Sheep Creek Road in Phelan Friday evening.
The wreck was reported at around 6:43 p.m. on March 8 on Union Pacific railroad tracks near Sheep Creek Road and Nyack Road.
A vehicle struck a Hispanic man crossing the roadway for unknown reasons.
The man, whose name was not disclosed died at the scene.
