Estis was driving a car the wrong way when he collided head-on with another vehicle
Rio Linda, CA. – David Bryant Estis, 47, has been identified as the man who died in a multi-vehicle collision on Saturday night in Rio Linda.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 9:30 p.m. on Rio Linda Boulevard near Elkhorn Boulevard.
Estis was driving a car the wrong way when he collided head-on with another vehicle. A third vehicle was involved in the accident.
Estis, a resident of Plumas Lake, was killed in the accident, according to the Sacramento County Coroner's Office.
Police say alcohol may have played a role in the accident.
