David Moynihan and Hal Derwin Wood Killed in Kern County Plane Crash near Garlock Road

Kern County, California (November 19, 2021) – The Kern County Coroner's Office has disclosed the identities of two people who were killed Friday afternoon in a plane crash near Garlock Camp, northeast of California City.
The deadly crash happened shortly before 2:15 p.m. on November 12, north of Garlock Road, west of Highway 395.
According to the authorities, the two-seater plane crashed under unclear circumstances.

David Joseph Moynihan, 31, from San Diego, and Hal Derwin Wood, 68, of Murrieta, were killed in the crash.
