Gresham, Ore. – Authorities are investigating a deadly auto-pedestrian accident in Gresham Friday evening.
According to the authorities, the wreck happened at around 5:15 p.m. December 29 in the 1900 block of Southwest 182nd Avenue.
A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle in the area in unclear circumstances.
The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment, where she later died.
The name of the deceased was upheld pending notification of the next of kin.
The driver involved stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
An investigation is ongoing.
