Demond Sardin Killed in Hollywood Accident on W. Santa Monica Boulevard and Gower Street

Hollywood, California (July 31, 2022) – Demond Sardin, 26, has been identified as the man who was killed in a traffic accident in Hollywood early Saturday morning, according to the coroner's office.
The crash happened just before 2 a.m. on July 30, at 6078 W. Santa Monica Boulevard at Gower Street.
According to the authorities, a car was trying to turn left from Gower Street onto W. Santa Monica Boulevard when it was T-boned by another vehicle.
The crash took place near the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Sardin was a passenger in the turning vehicle and sadly died at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Police are conducting an investigation into the deadly collision.

Hollywood, California (July 31, 2022) – One person was killed in a suspected DUI collision in Hollywood early Saturday morning, according to a report by the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident occurred at 6078 W. Santa Monica Boulevard shortly before 2 a.m. on July 30.
According to the report, a car was trying to make a left turn onto W. Santa Monica Boulevard when it was T-boned by another vehicle traveling on the roadway.
The wreck happened near the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
A man in his 20s, who was a passenger in the turning vehicle, sadly died at the site of the accident.
The driver of the other vehicle was detained on suspicion of DUI.
There was no update on the condition of the other involved parties.
An investigation into the deadly accident is ongoing.
