Police said Ratliff was riding a motorcycle on 82nd Avenue when he crashed into the driver's side of a Honda CRV that was making a turn at the intersection
Portland, OR – Devin Ratliff, 40, was killed in a motorcycle collision in Portland on June 14, according to the Portland Police Department.
The wreck took place at about 12:40 p.m. on Southeast 82nd Avenue near Southeast Mitchell Street.
Police said Ratliff was riding a motorcycle on 82nd Avenue when he crashed into the driver's side of a Honda CRV that was making a turn at the intersection.
Ratliff was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The other driver stayed at the scene after the accident.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
