Douglas Castillo ID'd as Construction Worker Killed in South Gate Accident on West Frontage Road
South Gate, California (September 21, 2022) – A construction worker was killed in an accident that occurred in South Gate on September 14, according to the authorities.
The incident was reported at around 11:20 a.m. in the 10000 block of West Frontage Road.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the worker was inside a ditch when a severed water line filled it.
The worker, later identified as Douglas Castillo, 34, died at the scene.

Authorities are conducting an investigation into the accident.
