Driver Killed in Two-vehicle Crash on Highway 18 in San Bernardino

, Calif. – A driver was killed Friday evening following a traffic collision on in San Bernardino, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.

The crash happened at about 5:13 p.m. on southbound Highway 18 at Old Waterman Canyon Road.

According to the Sheriff's Department, the California Highway Patrol officers responded to the scene and found one of the involved drivers suffering from life-threatening injuries. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene at about 5:34 p.m.

No additional details regarding the crash were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
